However, her background is not all the struggles she’s had. Kekana suffered from depression in 2019, a year before she got her role of Dikeledi. The deppression was so severe she was admitted to the hospital and had to take pills and medication to stabilize. These are some of the things that stood out from her struggles, saying: “It wasn’t easy at all for me.”

Her Advice to women
Kekana stated that women didn’t realize their worth, that they didn’t know how much value they contributed into the world. Which, in her opinion, is a crucial insight for women to experience. that they are complete without a man and do not require one. However, Reshoketswe did admit that it wasn’t easy. “| think we have a long way to go as a generation” stated Kekana on the topic.
