During his tenure on the show, the tattoo artist from Alexandra, Johannesburg, amassed a sizable fan base known as the Ghost Nation.
Many of Themba’s supporters believed he would win Big Brother Mzansi when he made it to the top five, however he only finished third.
Despite the fact that he did not win the big prize, his admirers banded together and created a Gofund account for him, which has raised more than R200 000 as of today.
The tattoo artist’s good fortune appears to be continuing, as he recently uploaded a video of his new home that his followers purportedly purchased for him on Twitter.
