Abdul announced on instagram that he is leaving the show and his role as Nqoba. The actor thanked all his fans and production crew for their journey, he also said that not many of his roles before had been memorable and received by people as this one had. He fell in love with his character and process of bringing Nqoba to life.
Recently several actors have been said to be not returning for the third season. First Khanyi Mbau and Lindah Majola announced that they were leaving the show. After their announcement, Mbalenhle Mavimbela, Mondli Makhoba and Zikhona Sodlaka also made it known that they were also going.
Many people were shocked and inconsolable upon hearing the news that some of the main roles’ actor were leaving.
