Undoubtedly, it seems like it’s the end of the road for Musa Khawula, who had become one of the most controversial South African entertainment bloggers. We can all agree that he has ruffled several furthers along his way to success and has even destroyed several careers with his gossip.
Twitter was up in arms when Khawula shared a leaked nude video of Metro FM DJ Lulo Cafe. It was only a matter of time before tweeps collectively reported the account, which violated some of Twitter rules. Musa Khawula has learnt the lesson that not all gossip is good gossip.
The controversial entertainment blogger famous for sharing hot tea on local celebrities came under fire after posting an explicit clip of DJ Lulo Cafe. In the wake of the viral video, his account has since been suspended. Several accounts have been opened using his name.
But Mzansi has since been convinced that his new account is the one that issued the heartfelt apology. The Twitter thread read:
“I would like to deeply apologise to Lulo Cafe and his Family, What I did was wrong. I’m sorry Lulo Café babes. I promise will do better. #FreeMusaKhawula” wrote The Alleged Musa Khawula.
In recent years Khawula has lashed out at several celebrities and has not apologised. He has made it his signature not to apologise, and this apology comes as a shocker to many However, in the mix of things, Mzansi was more than convinced that this was not Musa Khawula’s account.
In the wake of the viral apology, one Twitter user left Mzansi shellshocked. The user has it that Khawula was nabbed and is being held by the correctional services after he failed to take the stand in his first trial attempt.

Currently, Musa Khawula is being charged with murder. His case has since been postponed to 19 October after he recently revealed that he was ill to stand trial. Musa Khawula appeared at the Vredenburg Magistrate’s Court for allegedly fatally stabbing Wandile Khambule in March.
Wandile’s girlfriend, Sweetness Jaftha, claimed that Musa fatally stabbed Wandile at their home before fleeing the scene. In the mix of things, Khawula is yet to share his side of the story.
