SABC NEWS reported that five men accused of killing former Bafana Bafana goalkeeper Senzo Meyiwa have returned to the Pretoria High Court.
The main trial has been postponed until September and today’s proceedings are expected to deal with an application to drop charges against the four accused.
Advocate Malesela Teffo who is representing accused one to four has been arguing that the High Court in Pretoria has no jurisdiction to handle the matter.
Senzo Meyiwa was shot dead in October 2014 at his then girlfriend Kelly Khumalo’s mother’s house in Vosloorus.
