Back from Ibiza, Julius Malema vows ‘huge-scale’ National Shutdown in SA

lowing like a man who’s had unlimited access to sangria for the best part of a week, Julius Malema flew back in from Ibiza to deliver yet another spiky press conference. The EFF leader is now threatening to lead a National Shutdown in South Africa, unlike any that has gone before…

Malema is a verbose speaker, but his desire for a National Shutdown can’t be questioned. The 41-year-old is gatvol with Cyril Ramaphosa’s running of the country, and Juju believes that mass industrial action must be taken to help force the ANC leader out of office.

“The EFF calls on all the people of South Africa to join on the NATIONAL SHUTDOWN to demand our country back from an incompetent, directionless, and a criminal syndicate that enjoys the protection of white monopoly capital and its media.”“The nature and character of a NATIONAL SHUTDOWN which the EFF will partake in will not be a candle holding and white flags type of a shutdown. It will be a shutdown that must communicate to the sitting government that enough is enough!”Julius Malema
