Showmax is presenting the largest event in African reality television of the year on Thursday, 7 April 2022, with the continent on the verge of seeing The Real Housewives of Lagos (#RHOLagos) on our screens.
Chioma Ikokwu, Toyin Lawani-Adebayo, Iyabo Ojo, and Mariam Timmer of RHOLagos are flying across the continent to join The Real Housewives of Durban (#RHOD), as well as celebrities and stars from acclaimed Showmax Originals, for a sumptuous gala dinner and celebration of pan-African culture and music in an African moment worth celebrating.
The event, which will include a pink carpet, will be hosted by Bonang Matheba, a well-known African star who has two reality shows on Showmax (Being Bonang, A Very Bonang Year). Bonang is a successful MC, radio personality, and businesswoman who was born and reared in South Africa but now spends much of her time in Nigeria pursuing her various interests.
