They include Kelly Khumalo, her sister Zandie and boyfriend Longwe Twala, and their mother Ntombi Khumalo. Also present were Senzo’s friends Tumelo Madladla and Mthokozisi Thwala.
He also claimed that his clients Muzikawukhulelwa Sibiya, Bongani Ntanzi, Mthobisi Ncube, and Mthokoziseni Maphisa were being made “scapegoats” by the NPA.
“Eyewitness will testify Senzo Robert Meyiwa was allegedly shot by Nonhlanhla Kelly Khumalo by mistake, ” he said.
Teffo also alleges that the firearm that killed Senzo Meyiwa allegedly belonged to Longwe Twala.
