It’s always a delight to have two talented artists come together on a song, let alone a whole project. This is the case on “Tom and Jerri”, the new album from Classic Deep and six40.
On ten fresh songs, the duo combines their crafts and prowess with help from a good number of other SA artists like Toss, Nobantu Vilakazi, Bob Mabena, Zuma, Mzu M, Shuger 107, Kammu Dee, Reece Madlisa, LuuDaDeejay, BEAST RSA, Jabulile, 2woshort, and SwarrayHill$.
Together, they work solely on just two songs, tracks 9 and 10, while on the rest of the other eight songs, the featured guests pull their weights and blend in to ensure the project comes out in good shape. In addition to that, the production on the album is quite solid, guaranteeing that you move your body to the groovy sounds. “Tom and Jerri” is now up on all streaming platforms.
