Gucci Mane’s family just grew a little bigger. In a sweet video announcement on Instagram, Gucci’s wife, Keyshia Ka’oir, officially shared her pregnancy with her followers, handing Gucci a positive pregnancy test and watching him smile widely with excitement. She also showed clips of an ultrasound with her husband by her side, and a video of her 1-year-old son, Ice Davis, with Gucci’s lyrics, “Let’s have another baby, Ice needs somebody to play with,” playing in the background.
Although this is the couple’s second baby together, this will be Gucci’s third child and Ka’oir’s fifth. As Ka’oir explained to The Breakfast Club, she works hard to try to maintain her kids’ privacy so that they can have relatively “normal” childhoods. “Gucci and I both have children. It’s a situation where I’m proud to be a mother, but I need it to be private,” she said. “I don’t need the kids in the limelight. I don’t want them on social media. I need them to go to school and just be children.”
But while she keeps her children off of social media the best she can, Ka’oir does talk about parenting on her Instagram, recently wishing Gucci a happy Father’s Day and sharing a gallery with pictures of him and Ice on Instagram. “Happy Father’s Day Babe! You’ve been nothing but an awesome cool DAD! So hands on, loving, caring & patient!” she wrote.
And now with their second child on the way, no kids could ask for cooler parents.
