Letoya Makhene, a television personality and vocalist, is attempting to regain access to her three children after the father of the children, Privilege Mangezi, failed to return them to their mother’s residence.

Makhene, who walked down the path with the financial advisor Lebo Keswa in December 2020, found out that the children had visited their father in their conjugal cushion in Kempton Park about two months prior, but that Mangezi had neglected to return them and has been denying her access to them. Makhene made this discovery while walking down the path with Lebo Keswa.
She stated that a Zimbabwean man named Mangezi had also filed a maintenance suit against her at the Kempton Park support court. In the suit, he requests R3,000 in support payments for each of their children.
“Around two months before the hearing, the notice to appear in court was left at my grandma’s house in Tladi, which is located in Soweto. Since I don’t live there, I didn’t have much time to become acquainted with it [the summons], so I did so about a month and a half in advance,” said Makhene.

She went on to say that the case was dismissed from court on June 17 as a result of her demonstrating to the judge that she is capable of providing the necessary care for the children.
“I informed the court that this man is refusing to take the children back to me since they visited him. Since then, they have been here. As a result, we decided to disregard the situation.”

Her declaration was backed up by Keswa, who stated that they went to Mangezi’s house in order to retrieve the children on the advice of court officials; however, when they arrived, the security officers refused to let them in. Her claim was confirmed by Keswa.
After that, they went to the headquarters of the Kempton Park police department with the intention of opening a body of evidence against Mangezi; however, the police refused to assist them on the grounds that “they most likely know him,” as Keswa explained. They then continued their journey.

When the couple finally made their way to the Douglasdale police headquarters to file a complaint against Mangezi for grabbing and contempt of court, they were finally able to get some assistance.
“In the wake of opening the case, we went to the complex with the police multiple times, and we were unable to track him down,” said Makhene, noting that she believes that Mangezi has shipped the children out to live with members of his family somewhere else. “We were unable to track him down,” she said.
Makhene stated that she did not follow the advice of the police officers to pick up the children from school, stating that she would have preferred to avoid making the show.

We are of the opinion that their classmates should not be privy to the fact that we are arguing about them. They would perish as a result of this.
Mavela Masondo, a representative of the Gauteng commonplace police, confirmed that Makhene has filed charges against Mangezi.
When she was asked for her input, Mangezi lost her cool. “I don’t talk to you people because you all generally spread rumors, and I suppose that’s what you get paid to do. I choose not to engage in conversation with you. “Who are you to ask me sh t like that, brother?” he demanded angrily. “Who are you to ask me sh t like that?”

After a whirlwind marriage that lasted nine years, Makhene and Mangezi finally divorced in 2016. The silky-voiced vocalist, who was a candidate in this situation, agreed to a declaration of separation, which granted her primary guardianship of the children. This gave her the advantage in this situation.
According to the divorce decree that we have seen, the children are to continue living with the previous Generations – The Legacy entertainer while also being granted permission to visit Mangezi on school days and on weekends.
