After teasing her fans with many pictures showing her pregnancy glow, Mbalenhle Mavimbela has finally shared her baby shower and her big and beautiful baby bump content.
Recently Mbalenhle has been constantly in the news since fans caught wind of her pregnancy news and started talking about it on social media. During the pregnancy rumours, came news that she would be leaving the show and not coming back for the third season, which turned out to be a lie.
The actress never confirmed the pregnancy news and kept mum over the gossip as it was circulating. This was before she finally teased about her pregnancy by posting a picture which showed she was pregnant, but she covered her bump with a book.
Taking to Instagram, the actress said that she was called one day for a photo shoot only to reach the location and find out that it was her surprise baby shower. Tears of joy were the order of the day for the actress as she was surrounded by friends and family and surprised by many guest artists.

From the video shared, fans can see that some of her co-stars on The Wife like Gaisang Noge, who plays the role of Dr Naledi were present celebrating her friend. Her favourite artists did perfomances as she said and these were Sjava and Nomfundo Moh who entertained the crowd.
Her sister and biggest supporter, Sam Mavimbela, looked like she had a hand in the successful planning of the party.

The actress’ fans took to her comment section to congratulate the star on her big news and new role as a mother. South African writer Dudu Busani Dube even shared a video calling herself a Glammy, which means glamorous grandmother to Mbalenhle’s baby.
Mavimbela also shared pictures she shot on the day in a little gold dress that showed her big baby bump clearly to the world. The size of her tummy had fans asking if she had twins and how big her baby was, but the actress is still choosing to keep mum on the sex of her child.
