K.O Speaks On Whether ‘SR3’ Album Is His Final Music Project. SA hip hop is really in a good space right with rappers like K.O delivering to their promises of dropping a body of work in the Skhanda Republic 3. It appeared to be only just the other day that the SA hip-hop Guru had promised this project. The anticipation has been palpable now that the music is here. In hindsight, the wait was worthwhile.

With the album now on the market and some of the songs topping the charts, it was unclear whether SR3 will be the rapper’s final music project. During an interview with Slikour on The Unplug S2, the rapper went on and give clarity on whether he will be hanging the mic and focusing on the record label and his artists.

K.O stated that as far as his creative output is concerned, he has never been in a better position as he is right now. The rapper mentioned that when he tolerated the idea of the SR3 album he was also looking at it as his last music project.

“I think as far as creative output, I’ve never been in a better position,” he said. I’m really in a good space as far as creating and just training art. When I started entertaining the idea of this album, I was thinking about it in that light that okay cool maybe I might just like you know want to fall back after this one,” he said.

K.O went on to say that SR3 is his best work yet because of how he mixed different artists and managed to create something that resonated with his vision for the album. “Every brick that I have I keep putting on this monumental structure that I’m building in this body of work it just feels like, hold up, this is actually like something really special.” He said.

“No cap, how I’m feeling, and I’ll just say this all the time I believe it is my best work. I was able to put out a throwaway record and it’s of that quality, so you can imagine what’s on the album. It’s not only just about me, but it’s also just from the production standpoint, NRS standpoint and being able to create chaos in the form of pulling people from different worlds and putting them on one record and just making it like a show-stopping moment,” he added.
