Former Kaizer Chiefs and Mamelodi Sundowns player George Maluleka sounds rather disappointed with Amakhosi fans.

It was in 2020 when we discovered the shock news that Maluleka turned down Amakhosi’s new contract offer in favour of a better deal at Sundowns.

The 33-year-old midfielder sadly did not enjoy enough game time at the PSL champions, before a recent shock departure to AmaZulu in recent weeks.

Additionally, the former SuperSport United and Ajax Cape Town star has suggested that Chiefs fans directed bitter bullying and hatred online.

“I read those comments online,” Maluleka said in the latest edition of Soccer Laduma.

“All the time my parents would say ‘don’t read social media comments’ but I check them and laugh at them most of the time.

“I don’t want to say I’m invincible, but yho, maybe I am,” the Tembisa-born star added.
