Actor and reality television star Somizi Mhlongo got trolled over the weekend after pictures of the Sarafina reunion were shared on social media. Somizi Mhlongo was missing from the pictures as other cast members including those from America were there. which was released 30 years ago.
Producer of the film hosted a screening in New York to celebrate the milestone reached by the film. Somizi did not reveal why he was not included for the screening.
Leleti Khumalo thanked the producers of Sarafina for believing in her. The actress played Sarafina on the film.
Controversial entertainment and celebrity blogger Musa Khawula had nicknamed Somizi Mhlongo, “Sarafina”.
