Idols SA judge JR Bogopa’s age revealed
JR Bogopa was born as Tabure Thabo Bogopa Junior and his career carved a new name for him. He was born on the 13th of March 1987 in Bloemfontein, Free State, as of 2022, JR Bogopa is aged 35.
He was raised in the township of Atteridgeville in Pretoria, where he lived with his parents. JR grew up in a comfortable home, and his parents supported him in becoming the star he is today.
Bogopa was thrust into the limelight in 2008 when he dropped his first studio album, The Main Event. The single Gata Le Nna from his album was number 1 on both YFM and Metro FM for over six weeks.
